Mr Ali plays a strategic role and is not engaged in the day-to-day activities of managing the service. He manages the overall operation of the company. Mr. Ali also set the tone, vision, and sometimes the culture of these organizations. Rather, he focuses on the company top to bottom line. He is the heart of the company. He defined the vision and roadmap.

He has the knowledge and authority to make strategic decisions and clear the path of financial obstacles. He ensures the service aligns with direction, standards, and best practices. He can include delegating and directing agendas, driving profitability, managing the company’s organizational structure and strategy, and communicating with the board.

Mohammed Rejaul karim –finance & operations manager

Karim  has become part of the furniture after 12 years at lima  ! He handles all of the company finances while managing the day-to-day operations of the fleet! He has an intimate knowledge of the area and the business! He is an energetic and hard worker. He took responsibilities cover a wide range of tasks,from employee management and quality control to optimizing processes .

Mohammad Mahmudul Hasan -Relationship officer & Accounts

Mohammad Mahmudul Hasan is our relationship officer, And also he is an accountant . He is a professional who builds and maintains positive relationships with clients or coustomers ensure the  satisfaction . He is the first point of contact you’ll have with us when you come for a visit! He handles all of the governmental paperwork to facilitate your crossing over the checkpoint and he’ll be the man waiting to meet you there when you arrive!

Dhow cruise staff, provide comprehensive, hospitable service to ensure a smooth, enjoyable, and safe journey. They are responsible for welcoming guests with traditional refreshments, managing on-board safety (including briefings and equipment), serving food and beverages, and entertaining guests

Staff (including the captain) conduct safety checks on tools and equipment, and brief passengers on safety measures before and during the cruise.

Key Staff Positions:
Captain: Responsible for safe navigation and the vessel’s operations.

Crew Member: Handles hospitality, safety, and service.

Hospitality Staff/Waiters: Focused on serving guests in the dining area.
